Built in the Field. Designed for Your Workforce.
Mission Zero Medical was founded by a career paramedic with 15 years of hands-on field experience — from structural firefighting to industrial emergency response. We don't just understand occupational medicine. We've lived it.
Our Story
Mission Zero Medical was born from a simple conviction: the workers who build Texas deserve the same level of emergency medical care as anyone else — and they deserve it on-site, not miles away at an urgent care clinic. Our founder spent 15 years as a paramedic working across some of the most demanding environments in the field — structural fire suppression, technical rescue, industrial emergencies, and mass casualty incidents. That experience shaped everything about how we operate.
We've worked alongside firefighters, law enforcement, industrial safety teams, and emergency management professionals. We've trained to NIMS standards at every level — ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, and 800 — which means when a major incident unfolds on your jobsite, our team integrates seamlessly into your incident command structure. We don't create chaos. We bring order.
Every program we build is custom. No two worksites are the same — different hazards, different workforce sizes, different regulatory environments. We take the time to understand your operation before we ever put a medic on-site.
Our Mission
"To protect every worker on every shift — with custom medical programs built from real field experience, delivered by providers who treat your workforce like family."
Zero Compromise
We don't cut corners on care. Every provider we deploy meets our rigorous standards for licensure, training, and field readiness.
Custom-Built Programs
Your operation is unique. Your medical program should be too. We design every engagement from the ground up to fit your workforce, hazards, and budget.
Field-First Thinking
Our leadership has worked the field — not just managed it. That perspective drives every protocol, every staffing decision, and every piece of equipment we bring on-site.
Seamless Integration
We train to NIMS/ICS standards so our teams plug directly into your incident command structure. No friction. No confusion. Just coordinated response.
Experience That Sets Us Apart
15 Years of Paramedic Field Experience
Our founder's career spans structural firefighting, technical rescue, industrial emergency response, and mass casualty incident management — across a wide range of industries and environments.
NIMS Certified — All Levels
ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, and 800 certified. Our team integrates directly into your incident command structure and operates within established emergency management frameworks.
Extrication-Trained Providers
Vehicle and industrial extrication is a critical and often overlooked capability on construction and industrial sites. Our providers are trained in extrication techniques — because getting to the patient is just as important as treating them.
